It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance and provides a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s shifting marketplace.

Students learn to:
• Increase listings and grow their business
• Demonstrate and communicate their value package to seller clients
• Understand and apply the Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice
• Understand and comply with state license laws when representing sellers
• Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need.

John LeTourneau is a Commercial Realtor and international educator, dedicated to elevating sales and business development in real estate. He speaks globally on investment trends, client representation, and real estate opportunities. As a Consultant/Trainer for Dynamic Directions, he mentors future real estate leaders.
Since 2005, John has specialized in investment real estate, helping clients build wealth. He is the Commercial Managing Director for 12 Keller Williams offices in Chicago, leading a team of five.
