Property Management and Reconciliation Requirements

This course is intended for licensed Oregon property managers, brokers, and principal brokers conducting property management. Once completed, the licensee will have a better understanding of their administrative and fiduciary responsibilities as described in Oregon Revised Statute chapter 696 and Oregon Administrative Rules chapter 863.
