Instructor:  Trista Curzydlo, Esq. is an attorney and nationally recognized real estate educator with experience in law, government, consumer protection, and the REALTOR® association world.

A graduate of Washburn University and Washburn University School of Law, Trista served as Assistant Legal Counsel to Kansas Governor Bill Graves before joining the District Attorney’s Office for the Eighteenth Judicial District of Kansas as an Assistant District Attorney assigned to the Consumer Fraud division.

She later served as Government Affairs Director and Legal Counsel for the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS® and the South Central Kansas MLS. Today, Trista devotes her time to providing educational programs for real estate licensees across the country.
