What You'll Learn
This hands-on training is designed for members of the Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee and focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to carry out your responsibilities with confidence, consistency, and fairness.
Participants will explore:
Using realistic case scenarios and guided discussion, attendees will apply Professional Standards principles to real-world situations. This highly interactive session encourages active participation, thoughtful discussion, and practical problem-solving that you can immediately put to use in your committee service.
Come prepared to participate, ask questions, and sharpen the skills that help ensure a fair, consistent, and professional standards process.
Meet Your Instructor: Rick Harris

Rick Harris is Principal Broker and Team Leader of the Rick Harris Real Estate Group at John L. Scott in Ashland, Oregon. With more than 35 years of experience in residential, commercial, and multi-family real estate, he consistently ranks among the top 1% of producers in his franchise.
A nationally recognized instructor with Dynamic Directions, Rick teaches REALTOR® designations, certifications, GRI, continuing education, leadership development, and strategic planning for associations, MLSs, and brokerages across the country.
