Oregon Real Estate Forms is excited about the launch of our new Buyer Representation Forms Bundle!

This comprises a compensation advisory, an addition to the sales agreement for seller contributions, a new form for seller contributions, and a revamped Buyer Representation Agreement.

OREF has worked tirelessly with legal counsel and industry partners to ensure this bundle aligns with Oregon’s HB 4058 mandating the use of buyer representation agreements for all real estate licensees starting January 1, 2025, as signed into law by the Governor. However, all REALTOR® MLS participants who are working with buyers will be required to enter into written agreements with their buyers starting in mid- to late July 2024. These written agreements help consumers understand exactly what services and value will be provided, and for how much and benefits all parties by solidifying the relationship, duties, and compensation.
