With the passage of House Bill 3137, the Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) is now a 2-hour required course. This update reflects recent changes in Oregon law and administrative rules affecting real estate practice.
This course meets the requirement in ORS 696.174 for continuing education covering recent changes in real estate rule and law. All Oregon real estate licensees must complete LARRC through an Oregon Real Estate Board–approved continuing education provider during each licensing cycle.
Course content includes a focused review of recent legislative and regulatory updates, including:
• House Bill 3137 and implementing administrative rules
• House Bill 2373 and implementing administrative rules
• House Bill 3522
• Senate Bill 586
Participants will gain practical insight into how these changes impact legal responsibilities, professional conduct, and day-to-day real estate business.
