Don’t Be the Target: Reducing Scam Risk in Real Estate

Wednesday, February 11, 2026 (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM) (PST)

Description

Scams are hitting Realtors® directly, with fraudsters posing as lead services and texting agents to trick them into sharing money or information. Alongside this scheme, criminals are also posing as property owners, fake buyers, and exploiting escrow deposits and wire transfers. In this one-hour CE class, your subject matter experts will explain how these scams work, what red flags to watch for, and how to protect yourself and your clients from becoming the next target.
