Successful real estate transactions often depend on the ability to navigate competing interests, manage difficult conversations, and guide clients through high-stakes decisions. Strong negotiation skills can mean the difference between a stalled transaction and a successful closing.
In this advanced session, experienced Realtors® will examine the dynamics of negotiation in real estate transactions, including common negotiation styles, the traits of effective negotiators, and strategies for approaching complex deal scenarios. Through discussion, case studies, and interactive enactments, participants will gain insights into how skilled negotiators manage conflict, communicate effectively, and help keep transactions moving forward.
