This dynamic session equips managing brokers with the tools, strategies, and leadership insights needed to guide their agents through a shifting market and into a productive 2026. From refining goal-setting approaches to strengthening risk management policies, this course emphasizes proactive planning, buyer brokerage best practices, and enhanced support for both buyer and seller representation. Participants will also learn how to coach agents on crafting powerful value propositions and marketing plans that resonate with today’s clients.

A nationally respected real estate educator and former award-winning managing broker known for bringing practical, real-world strategies into her classroom. As a primary author of the ABR, PSA, and SFR courses and a contributing author to SRS and RENE for NAR, Lynn equips brokers with the tools to lead productive, ethical, and profitable offices. Her deep involvement at all levels of the industry gives her the insight—and the stories—to help brokers navigate a shifting market with confidence.
