Kimberly Allard is a nationally recognized real estate educator, broker-owner, and industry leader with more than 25 years of experience. She is the broker/owner of Century 21 Professionals in Braintree, Massachusetts, and a faculty member with Dynamic Directions alongside Adorna Carroll. Kimberly has served in numerous leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, including as the 2022 National Association of REALTORS® Regional Vice President for New England and 2013 President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. She is a nationally sought-after speaker on ethics, agency, leadership, risk management, and industry change, and was named the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Real Estate Educator of the Year.
