About the instructor:
Chad Wenzelspratt, CIC, CRM, is a Senior Producer and Real Estate Risk Management Subject Matter Expert with Pearl Insurance. With more than 16 years of experience serving real estate professionals, he helps brokerages understand E&O coverage, identify exposures, and implement practical strategies to prevent claims. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Certified Insurance Counselor, and Certified Risk Manager, Chad brings a practical, education-focused approach to protecting real estate businesses.

PMAR CE Attendance Requirement: To receive CE credit, attendees must remain on camera, visibly present, and actively engaged throughout the class.
