Join fellow PMAR Managing Brokers in person at the George Fox University Portland Center for a forum on AI leadership and consumer protection risk, two areas shaping brokerage operations today.

Session 1: AI Leadership & Brokerage Guardrails Eric Post, founder of Huzi, will focus on what brokers should actually be training agents on when it comes to AI, along with practical guidance on implementing policies, protocols, and guardrails at the brokerage level.

Session 2: Consumer Protection & Scam Prevention Hear from the Oregon Department of Justice on real-world cases, warning signs, and strategies to help brokers and agents prevent fraud and better protect clients. Walk away with practical tools you can implement immediately.

Eric Post is a real estate and business consultant with 20+ years of experience. He has been involved in over 10,000 transactions totaling $4B+ in sales and has owned multiple real estate and mortgage companies. Today, he helps businesses leverage AI to improve efficiency and client experience while maintaining the human element of real estate.

Madeline Alvarado, Consumer Advocacy Manager, Oregon Department of Justice
Madeline oversees the DOJ’s Consumer Hotline and Complaint Program, focusing on protecting Oregonians from fraud and strengthening consumer accountability. She previously led licensing, education, and complaint oversight at the Oregon Real Estate Agency and brings deep expertise in housing-related consumer protection.
