Join us for PMAR’s in-person Principal Broker Forum, open exclusively to principal brokers, featuring a timely Mid-Year Economic Update with Evan Swanson (Guild Mortgage) and Noah Blanton (WFG National Title). They’ll break down key trends shaping the Portland Metro housing market and economy in 2025—including lending conditions, housing activity, and economic indicators that matter to your brokerage.

After the main program, stay for an open discussion session—an opportunity for principal brokers to share current challenges, exchange insights, and connect on what’s happening in the market and in their brokerages.

Coffee, tea, juice, and light snacks will be provided.
