Kevin V. Harker specializes in community association law, with a practice spanning since 2004 across Oregon, Washington, and Utah. A Lewis & Clark Law School alum, he expertly handles civil litigation, construction defects, and HOA law. Before establishing the Community Association Law Group in 2014, Kevin advanced from associate to partner at a regional HOA law firm. An experienced speaker and author, he also enjoys mountain climbing, skiing, and family time.
