Mid-year release scheduled to launch 7/31/24

This course will guide you through the mid-year updates to the OREF residential library. Along with these changes, you’ll learn about the Buyer Representation Agreement Bundle – OREF’s new set of forms designed to ensure compliance with Oregon’s HB 4058 (effective January 1, 2025) and the latest NAR settlement regulations.

Class Duration: 1.5 hours
First Hour: OREF Forms Updates (1 CE hour credit provided)
Last 30 Minutes: New Buyer Representation Agreement

Attendees who have already taken the new Buyer Representation Agreement course can leave after the first hour, or stay for a refresher. Please note that to receive the CE credit hour, you must attend at least 50 minutes of instruction on any content.
